Our yoga and meditation program introduces children to the foundations of movement, flow, and body awareness in a fun and engaging way. Students will learn age-appropriate yoga sequences that focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through guided instruction, they will explore how to move safely between poses, understand the dynamics of flow, and build confidence in their physical abilities.
In addition to movement, children will be introduced to simple breathing techniques and mindfulness practices that help improve focus, reduce stress, and promote emotional regulation. Each session is designed to create a supportive and encouraging environment where kids can connect with their bodies, develop discipline, and enjoy the process of learning.

Guided by a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, students will learn simple, safe, and practical remedies using everyday ingredients commonly found at home.

This segment introduces children to the basics of Ayurveda, a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on balance and natural healing. Guided by a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, students will learn simple, safe, and practical remedies using everyday ingredients commonly found at home.
Children will explore how to make easy recipes that can help support general wellness, such as soothing drinks for colds, gentle remedies for stomach discomfort, and natural approaches to maintaining overall health. The goal is to empower kids with foundational knowledge about caring for their bodies in a natural and mindful way, while fostering curiosity about healthy living habits.
Each week features a unique theme that guides the structure of the sessions. Students will explore the theme through a combination of yoga, meditative practices, simple Ayurvedic-inspired remedies, creative art activities, and engaging group games. Each session is designed to be interactive, age-appropriate, and supportive, helping students build physical awareness, emotional balance, and creativity while having fun.

Focus on grounding through yoga and building awareness of our bodies and the environment. Students will learn simple homemade remedies, practice basic meditation, and explore ways to care for themselves and the planet.

Emphasis on movement and adaptability. Yoga sessions will focus on flowing sequences, while mindfulness activities encourage students to move through challenges with ease. Creative activities will be inspired by the fluidity and rhythm of water.

Students will learn to channel energy in positive ways. Yoga and activities will focus on expressing creativity while also developing tools to manage emotions such as stress or anger. This week encourages confidence, self-expression, and emotional awareness.

Focus on breathing techniques, relaxation, and reducing pressure. Students will learn how breath supports both the body and mind, while activities emphasize lightness, focus, and moving toward goals with clarity and calmness.
Select the week(s) your child would like to participate in and complete enrollment for each selected week. To attend a camp week, registration and enrollment for that specific week are required.
