YOGA YOUTH SUMMER CAMP

Kids Yoga & Meditation

 Our yoga and meditation program introduces children to the foundations of movement, flow, and body awareness in a fun and engaging way. Students will learn age-appropriate yoga sequences that focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Through guided instruction, they will explore how to move safely between poses, understand the dynamics of flow, and build confidence in their physical abilities.


In addition to movement, children will be introduced to simple breathing techniques and mindfulness practices that help improve focus, reduce stress, and promote emotional regulation. Each session is designed to create a supportive and encouraging environment where kids can connect with their bodies, develop discipline, and enjoy the process of learning.

Learn Henna Art

 In this program, children will explore the art of henna while learning about its cultural significance and traditional design elements. They will practice creating patterns, shapes, and motifs, gradually building their confidence in designing their own henna-inspired artwork. Alongside henna, students will engage in creative art activities that encourage imagination, self-expression, and appreciation for different cultural art forms.

DIY Home Remedies

 This segment introduces children to the basics of Ayurveda, a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on balance and natural healing. Guided by a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, students will learn simple, safe, and practical remedies using everyday ingredients commonly found at home.

Children will explore how to make easy recipes that can help support general wellness, such as soothing drinks for colds, gentle remedies for stomach discomfort, and natural approaches to maintaining overall health. The goal is to empower kids with foundational knowledge about caring for their bodies in a natural and mindful way, while fostering curiosity about healthy living habits.
