Distance Reiki is a powerful healing technique that allows Reiki energy to be sent across time and space without the need for physical presence. It is based on the principle that energy is not limited by geography—just as you can feel love, emotion, or connection from afar, healing energy can be transmitted remotely with focused intention and sacred symbols. In a Distance Reiki session, the practitioner connects with the recipient’s energy field using specific techniques taught in Level 2 Reiki training. The session is conducted with the same intention, care, and effect as an in-person treatment, supporting healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels
Shirodhara is a deeply calming Ayurvedic therapy in which a steady, warm stream of herbal oil is gently poured over the center of the forehead—the seat of intuition and inner awareness. Derived from the Sanskrit words shiro (head) and dhara(flow), this practice soothes the nervous system, quiets the mind, and brings clarity to thoughts and emotions. Often referred to as a treatment for the “Third Eye,” Shirodhara helps relieve stress, anxiety, mental fatigue, and sleep disturbances. Each session begins with a warm oil application to the scalp, preparing the body and mind for deep rest and renewal.
